Who we are

Designed to Elevate is a one-person web design and lead-system studio operated by Bill Chicha and based in Ohio. References to "we," "us," and "our" on this page refer to Designed to Elevate. Contact information is listed at the bottom of this policy and in the site footer.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and any details you share about your project.

Standard server logs may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device, IP address, referring page, and pages visited. This is used to understand site usage and improve the site.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote
• To deliver services you have engaged us to perform
• To communicate about active projects and follow-ups
• To improve the website and services
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations

Third-party services

The site is built and operated using the following third-party services. Each handles a specific piece of site functionality and may receive limited information about your visit or your contact-form submission:

• Vercel — hosts and serves the website. Vercel processes server logs (IP address, request metadata) as part of normal hosting operations. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Web3Forms — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email. Form data you submit (name, business, email, phone, website, message) passes through Web3Forms' service before reaching us. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information when fonts load. See Google's privacy policy.

We may add or change service providers over time (for example, switching the contact-form processor). This list will be updated when that happens.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, only to the extent necessary to operate the site and respond to your inquiry, and only under reasonable confidentiality expectations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure website traffic and the performance of our advertising. These services may set cookies and receive your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages and actions you take on the site (including submitting the quote form). When you submit the quote form, a securely hashed (not human-readable) version of your name, email, and phone may also be sent to Google to match your enquiry to the ad you clicked (Google's "enhanced conversions") — we never share the raw details for this purpose. We use this only to understand site usage and to see which ads lead to enquiries — we do not sell your information. See Google's privacy policy, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our hosting provider may also set technical cookies needed to serve and secure the site. Your browser controls cookie behavior through its settings.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided by emailing us at bill@designedtoelevate.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The site and services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date in the page header will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in the policy text rather than communicated separately.
